Box 3 Folder 11: "Two rate cards from WBCO 1450. I received these in the 1990's but I cannot recall from whom. I approximate 1954 because I'm also guessing that the writing on the back might be the scribbling of Jess Lanier, owner of WBCO but also, Mayor of Bessemer by 1954. I think he used these cards to write notes, jokes and what have you. What is shown is the "a" side and then, the flip sides of two separate cards. Ben Franklin may have told me that the notes on the back were probably those of Mayor Jess Lanier."
