Box 7 Folder 33: "Ok, we’re at folder 33, is a picture of…. Better say it again now. Ok, this is folder 33, as we said before perhaps, and it’s a picture of Al Hurt, who later on was at WJLD in the ‘90s, but this, back around ‘79 with Denise La Salle in front of WCOX radio. I don’t know where WCOX is, haven’t tracked that down yet, but that’s easy enough to do. Just holding a promotional picture of her. And since he was at WJLD later in the ‘90s we decided to retain an earlier picture of him at another station, probably not even in Alabama. However, upon checking with the Broadcast Yearbook for 1979 online, we find that Al Hurt was News Director for WCOX, Camden, Alabama. See what a little research can do? Donated by Al Hurt."
