Box 5 Folder 40: "Ok. we’re up to folder 40 which contains a letter from David Anderson rather, who was a… my guess is an attorney handling filings with the FCC. It doesn’t specifically say, but on December of 1969, instructing George Johnston III to file ownership report forms which have to be done annually. Included with the letter is a blank ownership report form. I believe this was in the WJLD files."
