Description
Box 4 Folder 48: "We are now at folder 48, two pictures from the 6th annual platter queen contest run by Johnny Jive, Ed McClure. The actual contest and the crowning of the winner. We do not know who these young women are in the picture but there are tons of them and they’re all wearing bathing suits and we’d like to know anything we could know about who these people are and who the woman is who was crowning the winner. We speculate again 1966, WJLD. That from the Ed McClure archives, possibly at LR Hall, 16th Street North."
