Roy Wood in Chicago

Box 3 Folder 30: "This is folder 30 and it is, we presume, from ‘56. This is a picture of Roy Wood in Chicago, as I recall. Someone is putting his picture up in a walk of fame, something like that. There’s Roy beaming over there. On the background wall (center) is Vivian Carter. She was one of the owners of VeeJay Records, which was one of the few black-owned record labels of the time. I don’t know who the other people are in the picture. Donated by Roy Wood, Sr."
